What is Acupressure?




Origins:

 Acupressure therapy is the traditional healing massage of China and it is over 2000 years old.

What is Acupressure and how it is performed? 

The technique removes blockages along the meridians of the body with fingers instead of needles. It stimulates the flow of energy and rebalances your circulation, activating your own healing system.

What can Acupressure do for me? 

It is especially beneficial for stubborn joint and muscle problems such as; stiff neck, frozen shoulder, back pain, tennis and golfer's elbow, leg pain, knee pain, some sport injuries, migraines, stress.
