What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Origins. Lymphatic drainage was created by Dr. Vodder in the 30's, on anatomical basis

How it is done? Lymphatic massage uses the following technique: the therapist uses his fingers to press the nodes in a circular motion. The movements are smooth and precise. From the moment the massage starts it cannot be interrupted until the end of it.

What it does for you? The role of lymphatic massage is to help our body eliminate toxins.

The lymphatic massage is as we said before a massage to stimulate the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the body's elimination system (drainage). This massage is very gentle and is designed to improve the flow of toxins into the lymphatic system so we can remove them more easily.
